The topic will highlight on existing Acts/Regulations/Policies/Guidelines on Technology Transfer in Ghana; the impact of the laws in Ghana’s Oil and Gas Industry; the gaps in the laws; and policy initiatives/programme to improve Technology Transfer in the industry.The sis session will discuss various legal provisions and how the facilitate technology transfer and the challenges they poss. The session will also look at the practical challenges in enforcing compliance of the law.
