Egbert Faibille Jnr. is the Ag. Chief Executive Officer of Petroleum Commission – a regulatory agency under the Ministry of Energy. A lawyer by profession, called to the Ghana Bar in October 2004, Mr. Faibille Jnr, prior to his appointment, was the Managing Partner at Faibille & Faibille, a law firm in Accra. He also served as the Ghana Country Communications Representative of the West African Gas Pipleline Project (WAGP), when the Project was at its definitional phase. He was seconded to WAGP from his role as a Public Affairs Officer at the Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC). He was also the Corporate & Regulatory Affairs Manager of British American Tobacco (Ghana).

Mr. Faibille Jnr. has extensive media and communications practice, having been Managing Editor of The Independent and Managing Editor/Publisher of The Ghanaian Observer newspapers respectively. He is a member of the Board of the Petroleum Commission and chairs the Local Content Committee.
