Frederick Ocloo is the General Manager of AMAJA Oilfield Limited with over 10 years working knowledge of the regulatory and fiscal regime of Ghana’s upstream oil and gas sector.
Frederick holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting & Finance from the Greenhill College, GIMPA. He also holds MBA in Finance from Sikkim Manipal University, India and a master’s degree in Commerce with specialization in Taxation from Pentecost University College affiliated to the University of Ghana, Legon. Professionally, he possesses Executive Certificate in Procurement & Contract management from Graduate school of Governance and Leadership and Advanced Professional Certificate in International Taxation from International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD), Netherlands. He is with the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA), Ghana and Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIT), Ghana respectively.
