Isaac worked with the Operations and Maintenance department of Tullow (Ghana) Limited as a Senior Contracts Advisor. In 2009, he joined Gold Fields Ghana Limited as Senior Contracts administrator assigned to the Projects Department and moved on to lead the contract team in Damang Mine in 2015 before joining Tullow.
In 2004, he joined Swaako Engineering Services, mining industry as an estimator and held different roles from preparing AutoCAD drawings and shop drawings for fabrication and he rose through the ranks with increasing management responsibilities to the position of Contracts Manager. Isaac’s career started with a role as a clerk of works with Arch Team 4 Consultancy in Takoradi. Isaac has a strong commercial & technical background.
