Nicholas is a Mechanical Engineer by profession with a strong background in Installation and commissioning of factory plant and equipment, Product Manufacturing and plant process operations, engineering maintenance and planning, safety, health, environment, and quality improvements. He has over 20years working experience in the FMCG industry with a very good managerial and communication skill.
He previously worked with Volta Aluminum company (Valco), Ghana Breweries Limited (GBL), Unilever Ghana Limited as a Maintenance and production supervisor, Wilmar Africa as the assistant Production and Plant manager and at Promasidor Ghana Limited, He was the Maintenance and Production Manager at the Culinary plant where he led a team to execute the installation and commissioning of a total of 9 sets of ONGA Tablet plant and equipment at the Factory successfully with increased production capacity up to 4,650 MT/month from a set target of 3,500 MT/month during the period from 2011 to 2018, where he finally joined Rigworld Solutions as the Factory Manager. He also led the team to successful install and commission all plant and equipment at the facility including a complete set of Flexible Hose Assembly (FHA) machines for fluid transport management, set of Thread Rolling machines for Stud bolt and Nuts production, valve maintenance, repairers, and valve management system workshop at Rigworld Solutions where he was subsequently promoted to the Head of Business Unit. He holds a master’s degree in Engineering Management with Coventry University and a Professional Engineering member of the Ghana Institute of Engineers.
