GOIL Company Limited (GOIL) is a Public listed Oil Marketing firm. The company is ISO 9001:2015 as well as ISO 14001:2015 Certified. GOIL has as its subsidiaries, GO Energy, a Bulk Distribution Company Limited and GOIL Offshore Limited to cater for its upstream business.  GOIL is currently the market leader in additivated premium quality fuel (Super XP RON 95 and Diesel XP) and has the largest and growing retail network in Ghana with over 400 stations. In line with GOIL’s commitment to building a resilient national economy with free-flow of goods and services, the company has taken steps to diversify its product range by constructing a 35-million dollar Bitumen plant in Tema expected to be completed at the end of 2021. Its completion and operation will ensure the supply of higher-grade Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB) for the expansion of the nation’s road network. 

Harlequin Oil and Gas Limited (HOG) began operations in September, 2015 as a joint venture between Tarkus Logistics & Engineering Supplies Ltd and Harlequin International (GH) Ltd (now the parent company of HOG).  Harlequin International (GH) Ltd started operating in Ghana in 1998 to serve the mining industry and has grown into a renowned engineering and hydraulic service provider. 

HOG was set up to provide support services to the upstream Oil and Gas industry.  In 2018, Harlequin Oil and Gas became a fully owned Indigenous Ghanaian company and is now one of the leading upstream support service companies in Ghana.  HOG specializes in turnkey fabrication of subsea equipment, including suction piles, manifolds, steel bend restrictors, holdback anchors and mud mats.

Tullow Ghana Limited is a subsidiary of Tullow Oil plc, an independent oil & gas company with a focus on Africa.Tullow Ghana Limited commenced operations in Ghana in 2006. It has licensed interests in the Deepwater Tano and West Cape Three Points blocks in Ghana and is the pioneer operator of the world class Jubilee Field and Tweneboa, Enyenra, Ntomme (TEN) fields in the two blocks. Tullow Ghana operates the Jubilee field and TEN fields on behalf of the Jubilee and TEN partners: GNPC, Tullow Ghana, Kosmos Energy, Anadarko(OXY)petroleum and PetroSA.In October 2008, Tullow was appointed as the Jubilee Field Operator and set about working with the partners and Government of Ghana on developing the field to bring Ghana its first major oil production. The Minister of Energy in Ghana formally approved the Jubilee Field Phase 1 Development Plan and Unitisation Agreement on behalf of the Government of Ghana in July 2009. In November 2010, following a successful development programme, which included the building of a Floating Production Offtake Vessel (FPSO), first oil was achieved from the Jubilee field. This was some 40 months post the initial discovery well which represents the fastest ever comprehensive full-scale deep-waterdevelopment. The field is Tullow’s key asset and generates significant high-margin oil production for the Group.Tullow’s second major discoveries and subsequent development in Ghana is the TEN field. In May 2013, the Plan of Development for TEN was approved by the government of Ghana and Tullow commenced its second major Operated deep-waterdevelopment. First oil was achieved on time andon budget in August 2016, three years after the Plan of Development was approved by the Government of Ghana.In April 2021, Tullow began a multi-year, multi-well drilling campaign and is expected to drill four wells in total in 2021, consisting of two Jubilee production wells, one Jubilee water injector well and one TEN gas injector well.Wissam Al-Monthiry is the Managing Director for Tullow Ghana, accountable for the Tullow business in Ghana.

Bourbon Ghana Limited (BGL) is a joint venture company specialized in offshore marine services in the oil and gas industry. Over the years, BGL has ensured knowledge transfer and continuous development of its Ghanaian partners. Kudu and Veritas Marine can perform services such as crew management, meet & greet services, logistics and vessel operations coordination services as well as ensuring compliance and maintaining statutory certificates with Ghana Maritime Authority, Petroleum Commission and National Insurance Commission.

Subsea Services -        We own multi-purpose supply vessels, BEV 800 series vessels and Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV’s) that can adequately perform subsea Inspection, Maintenance & repair jobs as well as light well intervention jobs. Mobility -                    We offer surfers (crew boats), fast support intervention vessels for passenger transfer offshore as a safer, efficient, and cost-effective alternative to passenger transfer via Helicopters. Some of our major clients include BP, Exxon, Chevron, Shell, Total, ENI, Tullow etc.
